NAMILIA offers a 14-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like swimwear and intimates may be subject to stricter return criteria.

Return Process

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
